Antenor builds AI, machine learning and custom software for complex operations and data problems: the systems that decide routes, forecast demand, simulate warehouses and automate the work that spreadsheets and low-code tools cannot carry.
Twenty-five years before the hype
Antenor was not assembled for the AI wave. Its founder and the senior team behind it have spent more than 25 years building mission-critical software for some of the most demanding organizations in the Americas: massive-scale call-record storage for Siemens and Movicom-BellSouth, the digital directory platforms behind Telefónica de Chile and Páginas Amarillas Argentina, market-intelligence crawlers for MercadoLibre and OLX, and the Crime Map for the Ministry of Justice of the City of Buenos Aires.
That work taught a discipline that generalist agencies never had to learn: systems that process millions of records a day cannot be demos. They ship, they scale, and they survive production. When machine learning matured into something operations could actually run on, we brought that same discipline to it.
Today Antenor applies that engineering to operations AI: route optimization solving millions of last-mile shipments, predictive models for markets and weather, system dynamics simulation of full warehouse operations, RAG and GraphRAG knowledge systems, and AI agents that automate financial back offices end to end.
The company operates from Miami, Florida, with senior engineering in Buenos Aires. Every engagement is led personally by the founder and staffed by a stable team that has worked together for years. No juniors learning on your budget, no handoffs to strangers.
Why Antenor
In the Iliad, Antenor is the elder counselor of Troy. While the court told Priam what he wanted to hear, Antenor stood in the assembly and argued for the one thing nobody wanted said aloud: return Helen, end the war. He gave honest counsel when flattery was cheaper, and he was right.
That is the job we chose. Companies drowning in AI hype do not need another enthusiastic vendor; they need an engineer who will say "this will pay for itself", or "this will not work with your data", before the money is spent. We named the company after the counselor who told the truth, and we put his likeness on everything we ship as a standing reminder of the standard.
It is also why our method ends every early phase with a written go or no-go. Measurable value, or we tell you early.

We were building large-scale data systems two decades before "AI-powered" became a landing page adjective. The machine learning is real, the engineering came first.

If your problem can be solved by wiring two SaaS tools together, you do not need us and we will say so. We take the problems that break those tools.
