Antenor ("Antenor", "we", "us") is an AI, machine learning and custom software consultancy based in Miami, Florida, USA. This policy describes what information we collect through this website (antenor.ai), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about it can be sent to hello@antenor.ai.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, request an AI roadmap, book a strategy session, email us or call us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, phone number if you share it, and the content of your message. Providing this information is voluntary, but we cannot respond without a way to reach you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We may also use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate site usage such as page views and referral sources. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell visitor data.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare the diagnosis you requested, and schedule or hold the session you booked.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To keep records of business correspondence as any consultancy must.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to a US company.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the content of your inquiries to train machine learning models. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask to be on one.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run this site and our correspondence: website hosting, email delivery, and scheduling tools. These providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an actual or potential business relationship, and server logs for a short operational window. You may ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time (see below).

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@antenor.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, the UK, California and other US states with privacy statutes), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor valid requests under applicable law.

International visitors

This site is operated from the United States and information you submit is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the US as described in this policy.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be noted prominently.
